Sab’s Deli, Private Dining & Catering is created in 2020 by Sabine Sluis. Coming from a culinary background, it runs through the family, Sabine has a great passion for creating fresh and delicious dishes, many of which are inspired by Australian chef Donna Hay.
Sabine’s friends and family often say that she was born with a heart for hospitality. She greatly enjoys working with and for people. Together with her sister Julia she is always seeking for ways to provide the most delicious and creative dishes.
After finishing the Hospitality Management course in Amsterdam in 2011, Sabine graduated from Hotelschool The Hague in 2016 and obtained a bachelor degree in Business Administration In Hotel Management. The past 4 years, Sabine dedicated herself to her beautiful work as General Manager of Hotel The Exchange & Café Stock on the Damrak in Amsterdam.
In August 2020, Sabine set out on a whole new adventure: her own Sab's Deli at Scheldeplein 20 in Amsterdam Zuid. Here, she will combine her love for food and hospitality with her business skills.
